Sweet Grass or Holy Grass is an aromatic perennial herb native to northern Eurasia and North America. It is considered sacred by many indigenous peoples in America and Canada.

It has a feminine energy and is often used after Sage, which has a masculine energy. Sage will first be used to cleanse a space, after which Sweet Grass will be used to call in beneficial energies.

To use as incense:

-Light by candle or lighter.

-Sweet Grass doesn't burn as well, so it is recommended to sway the braid or mix the

Sweet Grass with sage, creating a blend that will burn easier.

-Windows are to be open, so smoke can carry away the negative energy.
