Delivery
Currently, we only ship to Aotearoa New Zealand. We do hope to ship internationally, but that is something for the future. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 for all New Zealand and shipping is free for orders $99.99 and over. Estimated delivery times are 2 - 7 business days after your order has been placed. Cancellations
We do accept cancellations, however, only if the product has not been shipped. To open a cancellation request, please email xjaleem@mail.com with the subject heading "CANCELLATION: (Your Order Number)" with high priority to ensure it is seen.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to instead open a return request. Please note that we do not have to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. See full Return Policy for details.
Returns
Returns are processed on a case by case basis and need to first be approved. We do not have to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, so please order carefully. For full details, see our Return Policy.
Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third party service. Stripe is used as a means to insure your payment information, as they have security precautions in place for this purpose. All payments processed by Stripe are subject to their Terms and Conditions. For full details, see our Terms and Conditions Policy.
Alternately, we also offer payment by direct transfer. Please note, should this option be used, we do not take any responsibility for incorrectly sent payments, do always ensure to double-check payment information before confirming transfer. Payment for orders must be received within 3 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Promotion Codes
We do offer promotional codes from time to time, do ensure you're signed up to our email list, so you do not miss out.
Promotional codes are not stackable, as such only one promotional code can be used at a time, and they do not work for sale items (since they have already been discounted).
