We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of our website after the revised terms and conditions have been posted will be considered as acceptance of these changes. The terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of your order will be the terms and conditions that your order is subject to. You must be of 18 years of age or over to purchase from our online store. All purchases are to be for personal use and not for resupply, whether in trade or not. If you are purchasing from us on behalf of another entity, you must have their permission and warrant that you are able to agree to these terms and conditions on their behalf.
Product Orders
Each order you create on our website is considered as an offer to enter into a contract to purchase the products mentioned, on these terms and conditions. Our acceptance of the order is conditional on your agreement to these terms and conditions. Before we accept the order, we reserve the right to decline part or all of your order for any reason whatsoever. You will be notified by email if this occurs. You warrant to us that all information provided with each order is complete, true and accurate. As such, please thoroughly check it over before placing each order.
Availability and Supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products. We will endeavour to notify you if any product is not available on our online store. However, if after you have placed an order, the product is for some reason unavailable, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and give you the option of either a full refund, waiting for the product to be restocked or using your credit towards another product. We reserve the right to discontinue any products listed on our website, whether permanently or temporarily. This can happen at any time without notice.
Pricing
The prices displayed on the website are listed and charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD). All prices are inclusive of goods and services tax and exclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. International orders may incur duty taxes. Ascertaining whether they apply to you and payment of any charges that may develop are solely your responsibility. If the price of a product on the website is listed incorrectly, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed utilising the incorrect price, whether your order has been confirmed or not. If your order has already been paid for, a refund will be issued.
Payment
We accept both credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Payment through your Stripe account is also acceptable. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third party service. Stripe is used as a means to insure your payment information, as they have security precautions in place for this purpose. All payments processed by Stripe are subject to their Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any problems or difficulties you may experience from accessing and using Stripe or any third party website or portal and that third party’s services that we may link to. Except when required by law, we are not liable for any losses as a result of unauthorised access to the payment related information provided to us from you when placing an order. Unless this was caused from our own negligence.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders, or free for orders $99.99 and over. Currently, we ship within New Zealand via New Zealand Post. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately and may incur an additional shipping fee. Orders that have more than one product are usually shipped together when possible. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and we endeavour to dispatch them promptly after they have been accepted. You can typically expect your order within 2-7 business days of placing it. If your order is going to be delayed, we will advise you by email. Please note that orders placed during a weekend or public holiday may take longer than the estimated delivery times. Any times or dates given for delivery of products are strictly estimates. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. Except to the extent required by law, we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within the expected time frame, incorrect orders, or damages to products which are apparent on delivery, unless we are notified in writing within 7 days of delivery.If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days after it has been accepted, you're entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Returns and Refunds
We offer an exchange or refund for products that have been damaged in transit or have an apparent defect*. Please keep the product in question as it may need to be returned, so damage can be determined. You must notify us by email within 14 days of receipt, otherwise we will not qualify an exchange or refund. We do not have to accept returns or refunds if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully. The original paid shipping fees for your order are non-refundable.To properly open a return request, email xjaleem@mail.com with the subject heading RETURN: (Your Order Number). In the subject field, state the issue you are experiencing, and the reason behind your return request. Also, please attach any photos of damage. A response with a case number and following instructions will be returned within 3 business days. Returns without a case number will not be accepted.We will notify you when your refund or exchange has been processed (this can take up to 10 business days after we have received your returned product). Please understand that you are responsible for return shipping and any custom duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any returned products lost whilst in transit. Please keep track of them through your chosen delivery provider.*Please note that due to the nature of gemstones, they will have inherent flaws. These flaws are not considered as defects and are instead celebrated as unique qualities. You will not qualify for a refund should you happen to dislike the nature of the gemstone.
Force Majeure
Where we have utilised reasonable efforts but are unable to fulfil any obligation due to an act of force majeure including acts of God, floods, fires, droughts, riots, civil commotion and legislation, we shall not be considered in breach of our contract with you.

You may access, view, reproduce and print the content on this website as long as you only use it for informational, non-commercial purposes. You may also link to the homepage or individual product pages. You may not use this website, or it's content, for any other purpose unless you have our prior written consent.
